Shipping and Returns

Our shipping rates are a very reasonable flat fee of $5 for Australia Wide postage, or FREE for all domestic orders valued over $100.

Some exclusions apply to big and bulky items - we will contact you if this applies to your order (e.g. scooters, dolls houses).

We send all domestic parcels using either Sendle Courier service or Australia Post.

All orders are dispatched out next business day, if not sooner - we know you want your order fast!

All items will have a tracking number, and this will be sent to you once your order is booked for dispatched.

Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for your order to arrive - we are based in Perth, Western Australia!

Click and Collect is available for our Perth customers - please allow 4 hours from order placement for us to pack your order and have it ready.

Note - once an order is placed online it cannot be changed. If we have an item that is out of stock we will refund that particular item and send the remainder of your order. This can happen from time to time during high traffic events like sales.

Should your item not be suitable or the wrong size, we are happy to exchange within 14 days of purchase, or provide a store credit. Return post from you to stork's corner is at your cost, and a second postage fee will be charged on the replacement order. We do not provide refunds unless the item is deemed faulty, so please choose carefully. The above applies to full price items - sale items are final sale with no return or exchange available.
